We have more than 30 well-trained and experienced quality control personnel. We implement ISO9001 quality system in all manufacturing processes and strictly control product defect rate to meet PPM standards. We have a full set of testing instruments and equipment in related production processes to ensure reliable quality. IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), LQC (Line Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) are implemented in our production process. Our batteries are 100% tested before packaging and shipment. In addition, we continuously purchase new advanced machines and equipment for production lines to improve product consistency.
