12.8V ABS Case LiFePO4 Battery

The FLYFINE ABS case LiFePO4 battery series offers three capacities for compatible 12V-class power systems: 100Ah, 200Ah and 300Ah.

Rated energy ranges from 1.28kWh to 3.84kWh. Each model uses an ABS enclosure with IP65 protection. Select the battery according to your energy demand, equipment current and available installation space.

IP65 ABS Enclosure

An ABS case with IP65 protection provides dust and water resistance. IP65 does not indicate suitability for submersion.

Up to 150A Continuous Discharge

The 100Ah model supports 100A continuous discharge. The 200Ah and 300Ah models support 150A.

Model-Specific Cycle Ratings

At 0.5C, the datasheet lists at least 3,000 cycles for 100Ah and 200Ah, and at least 6,000 cycles for 300Ah.

Select the Right Capacity

Select the battery according to required runtime, load current and installation dimensions. Rated energy is not the same as energy delivered to the load; usable energy also depends on discharge settings and system losses.

The 200Ah and 300Ah models share a 150A continuous discharge rating. The 300Ah model provides greater energy capacity rather than a higher continuous current limit.

Which capacities are available?

The series includes 12.8V 100Ah, 200Ah and 300Ah models, with rated energy of 1.28kWh, 2.56kWh and 3.84kWh respectively.

Do all three models have the same cycle life?

No. The datasheet lists at least 3,000 cycles at 0.5C for the 100Ah and 200Ah models, and at least 6,000 cycles at 0.5C for the 300Ah model.

Can this battery replace a lead-acid battery?

It can be considered for a compatible 12V-class system. Confirm charger settings, equipment voltage requirements, current demand and installation dimensions before replacement.

Can the battery charge below 0°C?

The specified charging temperature is 0°C to 55°C. The lower −20°C limit applies to discharge, not charging.

Can multiple units be connected together?
